The Role of Principal Geotechnical Engineer

In this role, you will manage a team of 20+ geotechnical engineers and geologists, overseeing the delivery of various geotechnical and multidiscipline projects. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise, guidance, quality assurance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs and reports. You will also lead projects from inception to completion, conduct detailed geotechnical investigations, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, substantial experience in geotechnical engineering, proficiency in geotechnical engineering software, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of project delivery. Additionally, having CPEng certification would be advantageous.

Location and Compensation
