Principal Service Development Manager - National Systems Design Team

As a Principal Service Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing community-based systems of care and driving service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Crown in its relationships with Māori under the Treaty of Waitangi
- Design community-based systems of care and agree on health and wellbeing plans
- Lead the development and delivery of service and investment strategies
- Develop high-quality investment planning strategies and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships and partnerships across sectors and organizations
Requirements:
- Senior level commissioning experience in varied environments
- Strong background in health service funding, procurement, and provider management
- Demonstrated experience in leading service design and development
- Proven ability to influence relationships and partnerships at a senior level
