Job responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to meet production targets efficiently

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team within a food or manufacturing environment

• Qualification in Engineering, Science or Food Technology desired but not essential

• Excellent numerical and computer skills, along with familiarity with ERP systems
