Job responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee daily program operations, meeting contract KPIs and schedules, and ensuring program standards. - Develop robust relationships with internal and external partners, including customer and vendor engagement, to support the successful delivery of New Zealand programs. - Drive improvements and problem-solving efforts through data analysis, project planning, and proactive risk management. - Serve as the point of contact for program updates and reporting, regularly sharing progress and maintaining alignment with business goals. - Coordinate and lead program governance efforts, health and safety audits, and policy adherence to ensure a safe, productive environment. - Facilitate a culture of teamwork and respect, connecting with colleagues at all levels and promoting our core values: impact, collaboration, integrity, care, and delivery.
