What You'll Do

As a Project Accountant, you will have the chance to demonstrate and promote best practice project accounting within the organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting working capital management, providing advice throughout the project life cycle, and building strong relationships with key clients and partners. You will work closely with project leaders, corporate business partners, and advisors to ensure a coordinated service to the business.

Duties include:

• Demonstrating and promoting best practice project accounting
• Supporting working capital management for projects
• Providing advice throughout the project life cycle
• Analyzing project performance dashboards and reports
• Assisting with project forecasting

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have a wealth of knowledge and experience in project and contract management. A CPA or Chartered qualification is preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to promote best practice project accounting, support working capital management, and provide valuable advice throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in project and contract management
• CPA or Chartered qualification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze project performance dashboards and reports
