Job requirements

- Experience in land development / subdivision projects desirable - Strong management, leadership and communication skills - Understanding and experience dealing with commercial aspects of projects - Practical, hands-on background - Experience in dealing with clients, consultant engineers, and council inspection staff - Sound knowledge of H&S, Quality and Environmental requirements in relation to civil construction works - NZ residency or valid work visa required

Job responsibilities

- Managing large, complex land development projects in Auckland - Delivering projects on time, to budget, and at a high standard of quality - Handling financials, programming, resourcing, and client relationships - Leading a team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

- Proven experience in delivering bulk earthworks and civil construction projects

Skills

- Excellent management and leadership skills - Effective communication skills - Strong understanding of commercial aspects of projects - Practical experience in civil construction works
