Project Manager Full-time Job

Key points:

• Senior level construction project manager needed
• Manage several commercial projects between $10M - $30M
• Work with a locally owned Tier 2 construction company
• Salary range of $160K - $190K + benefits

Job requirements:

• You will have a minimum of 8 years experience working as a Project Manager building medium sized commercial projects between $10M - $30M
• You will have a strong longevity record of employment in the Auckland construction market
• You will have experience with leading systems such as Procore, MS Project, Aconex etc
• Experience in pre-construction and D&B projects will be considered favorably
• You must have mentoring skills to support less experienced staff

Job responsibilities:

• Running several projects with values between $10M - $30M
• Leading a team of SM’s and Foreman
• Complete responsibility for delivery to milestones and targets

Qualifications:

• A trade qualification coupled with tertiary qualification in Construction will be ideal

Skills:

• Strong foundation of skills across contracts, financial management of projects, and stakeholder management
