- 5+ years building experience - NZQA Carpentry qualification or similar - Full set of tools, including table & drop saws, ramset gun, & rotating laser - Reliable, well-presented, and team-oriented - Full NZ driver's license with reliable transport - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to oversee work quality and staff productivity - Legal right to work in NZ
