- Draft batch documents for manufacturing of products - Perform Environmental Monitoring for production clean room - Investigate any non-conformance and provide solutions - Deal with audit matters

Qualifications

- Qualified food technologist or scientist with a degree in BTech, BSc, BAppSc or similar

Skills

- Strong English writing and reading skills - Mandarin speaking preferred - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Autonomy - Positive attitude with passion for continuous improvement
