Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control measures - Lead continuous improvement initiatives integrating LEAN concepts and automation - Manage supplier quality and compliance - Support R&D and prototyping efforts

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing management experience - Background in implementing LEAN principles and optimizing processes - Tertiary or trade qualification in engineering or relevant field desirable

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of quality standards, compliance, and data automation - Hands-on experience with digital quality control systems and workflow automation - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
