Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Aluminium and Glass Full-time Job

Job requirements:

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Aluminium, Glass, or Facades industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Analyze project specifications and drawings
• Conduct Quantity take-offs
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and prepare reports
• Identify and conduct risk assessments
• Support project delivery teams with contract admin
• Maintain accurate project records
• Engage in business development activities

Qualifications:

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and IT literacy
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
