- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Quantity Surveyor in the New Zealand construction industry - Expertise in New Zealand building codes, standards, and cost management practices - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders - Proficiency in construction management software and spreadsheets - Eligibility to work in New Zealand

- Delivering accurate estimates, managing costs, and contributing to high-value projects - Working closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure financial efficiency and quality outcomes
