Responsibilities of the Role

• Recruiting, nurturing, and inspiring a high-performing team
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer engagement
• Managing operational challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborating with other managers to achieve positive business outcomes
• Undertaking specific projects to support business objectives

Skills and Experience Required

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze data for decision-making
