Job requirements:

Job responsibilities:

- Answering and directing calls - Ordering stationery and other stock - Minute taking and catering for meetings - Managing WHS paperwork - Fleet management of 3 vehicles - Making travel bookings - Providing reports to management - General adhoc tasks as requested

Qualifications:

- Preferably some form of customer service experience

Skills:

- Strong time management and organizational skills - Able to follow instructions
