Job responsibilities:
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival - Efficiently checking guests in and out, handling reservations and payments - Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions - Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly - Maintaining a clean and organized reception area - Collaborating with other hotel departments for guest services - Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring guest information security - Handling emergencies and guest issues calmly and effectively - Assisting with guest luggage and porter duties
Qualifications:
