Hirestaff, the fastest-growing recruitment agency in New Zealand, is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join their energetic sales team as a Recruitment Consultant. This position offers a great base salary, commission, and various rewards and incentives for achieving targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, maintaining client relationships, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Business development to bring in new clients
• Manage existing client and candidate relationships
• End-to-end recruitment process including job ads, candidate screening, and placements
• Perform site visits

Requirements

• Hardworking, motivated, and driven for sales
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with various individuals
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment
• Full Class 1 NZ driver’s license
