About the Role:

• Design, simulate, and model new concepts
• Investigate new technologies
• Prepare new products for market categories
• Create CAD drawings for components
• Collaborate with R&D Technicians
• Test and redesign concept units
• Provide leadership and coaching to the R&D team
• Participate in field trials and product presentations
• Contribute to supplier meetings for new technologies
• Prepare Product Technical Manuals

About You:

• Relevant industry qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of product design experience in Refrigeration or HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics
• Experience in AMESIM
• Proficiency in project management
• Familiarity with BOM systems and MRP
• Comfortable with electrical schematics and component selection
