Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitation services to clients with occupational injuries or illnesses
• Assist injured claimants in returning to work safely and sustainably
• Provide holistic support to clients for optimal functional performance
• Coordinate rehabilitation services and case management
• Present case information to stakeholders with recommendations for successful outcomes

Requirements
