Job requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Science, or Nutrition - Minimum of 10 years experience in the food or dairy industry - Experience in innovation/NPD and quality/compliance/regulatory standards - Experience in nutritional base powder NPD/R&D - Previous experience in senior leadership/executive level management - Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development skills

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualification in Food Technology/Science/Nutrition or similar

Skills:

- Strong knowledge/experience in nutritional base powder development - Proactive leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team
