Job responsibilities

- Support Resident Managers in fostering a positive living environment - Provide frontline customer service and administrative support to residents - Support a team of Resident Advisers in their day-to-day responsibilities - Focus on supporting residents at University of Auckland Unilodge Accommodation - Contribute to event management and delivery

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field

Skills

- 4+ years experience in Business Support or Event Management - Experience working within similar educational/support environments preferred - Warm, open, and empathetic towards tertiary students - Experience with event planning and delivery - Ability to work in a team and solve problems
