About the Opportunity
As a Resident Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating an enabling environment that fosters the emotional, physical, and academic well-being of all students in the university residences. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, front-line customer service, and being on emergency call on a rotation basis.
This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from $58,300 to $72,700 depending on skills and experience. You will work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexible hours during the summer months.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who is warm, open, and has a high level of personal integrity. You should be experienced in event planning, comfortable with after-hours on-call work, and willing to take initiative to solve problems. Experience in similar educational or support environments is desirable.
