About The Role

As our Retention Specialist, you will play a key role in influencing customer experiences and driving customer retention success. Your customer-centric approach will be instrumental in shaping retention initiatives and making a significant impact on our journey to be the first choice for KiwiSaver members. Your responsibilities will include engaging in conversations with members, conducting market research, preparing reports on retention metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer feedback.

What Sets You Apart

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of qualifications, experience, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications should include or willingness to obtain a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services within 6 months of starting. You should have at least 3 years of experience in customer retention, sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial services sector. High emotional intelligence, analytical skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Desirable traits include compliance knowledge and previous experience with Salesforce.
