Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Rope Access Team Leader to oversee and lead projects for a well-established maintenance company. This role involves managing a team of Rope Access Technicians and ensuring safety and efficiency on all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Supervision: Mentor and manage a team of Rope Access Technicians.
• Safety Preparation: Ensure work zone barriers are in place and display hazard signs for a secure work area.
• Rope Access Tasks: Oversee rope access and height work for cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Physical Readiness: Maintain physical fitness to lead manual tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Rope Access Technician and Team Leader
• Valid IRATA certification
• IRAANZ certification
• EWP certification
• New Zealand Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
