Job requirements

Job responsibilities

- Setting up & configuring software to meet customer requirements - Database maintenance - Troubleshooting and problem-solving - Project-based work like improving existing hardware libraries and entering new hardware - Entering customer data - Assisting with customer onboarding as required - Working with teammates to improve processes and workflows

Qualifications

- Previous SAAS or IT experience is a plus, but not required - Experience in the glass or building industry is a plus
