As a Safer Betting Advisor, you will play a crucial role in administering harm minimization initiatives and promoting responsible gambling practices.

Work Environment and Responsibilities

Entain offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid model, allowing you to work from offices in Auckland, Wellington, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. In this role based in Auckland, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:

• Adhering to legislative processes related to gambling laws
• Promoting safer betting practices internally and externally
• Analyzing data for harm minimization strategies
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Engaging with customers to discuss safer betting options

Qualifications and Skills

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess:

• 3+ years of experience in harm minimization or responsible gambling
• Customer relationship management experience
• Empathy, rationality, and resilience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity
