Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing - 5+ years in senior Sales and/or Marketing roles - Experience engaging with senior stakeholders - Strong financial and commercial acumen - Ability to lead and develop a high performing team

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and support to the sales and marketing team - Support CEO in achieving business goals in New Zealand and Australia - Develop marketing strategy for brands and channels - Mentor marketing team on trade marketing and brand initiatives - Implement sales strategy focusing on key accounts - Establish and maintain strong business partnerships - Monitor market trends and competitor knowledge - Identify new business opportunities and promote client engagement
