• Ideally, this role is suited for individuals with experience in the Real Estate industry or those currently working in the field looking for security and growth.
• Some background in sales or business development with an understanding of the sales process is preferred.
• A high-energy and driven sales personality is essential for success in this role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain quality relationships.
• Capable of working autonomously in a highly independent work environment.
• The ideal candidate will likely reside in the North/West Auckland territory where show-homes are located.

Essential Information:

• Base salary up to $70,000 with no commission structure included.
• Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand with a valid visa and currently be present in the country.
