The Role

As an SAP Functional Consultant at Douglas, you will play a crucial role in delivering business process and system changes within Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, and Material Management to ensure our competitiveness in the market. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and developing Super Users, providing 2nd level Application Support, gathering requirements, proposing solutions, configuring changes, and managing small projects. You will also be heavily involved in exciting projects on our digital roadmap, such as deploying new systems like Manufacturing Execution System.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should be a technical expert with ERP working knowledge, an analytical thinker capable of analyzing business and technical requirements, an expert collaborator who ensures stakeholders are well-informed, a problem solver who can resolve complex issues, and have a continuous improvement mindset. Additionally, you should be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to influence outcomes.
