Edu-Kingdom College, established in 2008, is a leading provider of afterschool tutoring services in English, Maths, and Science. Our mission is to inspire students by delivering passionate teaching, helping them realize their aspirations, and unlocking their full potential.

Role Overview

We are on the lookout for dynamic and dedicated secondary teachers to join our team and teach English to students from Year 9 to Year 13. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in fostering students' academic development, preparing them for examinations, and enhancing their scholastic skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver English lessons to students ranging from Year 9 to Year 13
  • Create engaging and interactive lesson plans
  • Generate progress reports for students
  • Provide academic support and exam preparation assistance
  • Assist students in improving their academic capabilities

Essential Requirements

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of NCEA/CAIE’s marking scheme
  • Possess local teaching experience
  • Be either in the process of obtaining or already have NZ Teacher’s Registration
  • Available to commit from 22 July 2024
  • Provide two references from the past two years
