Job Overview: Support Technician

GE Security Systems is currently seeking a Support Technician with relevant industry experience to join our team in Auckland. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, coachable, and motivated to meet the demands of our customers. This full-time role offers a minimum of 30 hours per week with a competitive remuneration of $31.50 per hour. Additionally, we provide a fully serviced vehicle, phone, laptop, and work tools to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and execute requirements from electrical/security plans
• Perform cable laying and support infrastructure tasks on sites
• Follow defined instructions within agreed work schedules
• Utilize tools common in technical environments
• Engage with customers to ensure GE Security's best interests
• Complete all necessary documentation promptly
• Adhere to minimum health and safety requirements
• Be reliable, practical, proactive, and a team player

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the security or related industries. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively with team members and customers.
