Role & Responsibilities

You Will Be Organized

- Manage large-scale projects and maintain relationships with key clients. - Collaborate with the studio team to develop effective campaigns. - Ensure first-class customer service and uphold agency standards. - Oversee project schedules, manage expectations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You Are Practical, Knowledgeable & Resourceful

- Understand clients’ business objectives and align agency activities accordingly. - Respond to briefs across marketing mix, focusing on events and experiential marketing. - Work on-site at events, manage suppliers, and coordinate agency teams.

Communication is Key

- Review project status reports and lead weekly meetings with internal and external teams. - Manage junior teams and promotional staff, liaise with suppliers, and ensure smooth event activations. - Maintain good communication with design and creative teams. - Provide ongoing progress reports to clients and senior management.
