Senior Associate - Corporate Full-time Job

Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a boutique firm located in the CBD of Auckland, New Zealand. This firm boasts a fantastic culture, a supportive team environment, and a plethora of high-level clients both locally and overseas. They are currently seeking a Senior Associate with a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

• Specialization in Corporate/Commercial law focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions
• Handling equity investments, contract review, and drafting
• Working with multinational companies and overseas clients
• Supervising and mentoring junior associates
• Leading client projects and managing client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years PQE in Corporate/Commercial law
• Proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
• Experience in investment funds, growth capital, and/or technology sectors
• Previous exposure to top tier or boutique firms preferred
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and client relationship-building abilities
