Role Overview:
Join our client, an established audit and accounting practice in Central Auckland, as an Audit Manager/Senior Manager. This role involves leading audit engagements from start to finish, overseeing staff, and actively contributing to business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire audit process, from resource planning to completion
- Lead a diverse client portfolio with a focus on non-for-profit sector
- Participate in business development and tendering processes
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and appraisals
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of audit and assurance experience in an established practice
- Experience in supervising and managing staff on audit engagements
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- CA/CPA qualified, with plans to obtain a CPP
- Demonstrated people leadership abilities
