About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to all stages of software development, from design to deployment. You will have the opportunity to work in a high-pressure environment where your contributions directly impact revenue streams and growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering mindset and be able to address complex challenges across the entire solution, not just the software aspect.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and roadmap planning
• Lead the creation of new features and capabilities aligning with business objectives
• Optimize and enhance existing software solutions for improved performance
• Take ownership of full-stack development process from frontend UI to backend architecture
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning

Technical Requirements

• Experience in cloud-native applications (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
• Proficiency in modern web frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Backend development experience with Node.js and Typescript
