Job requirements

- Five years of experience as a generalist HR Advisor - Current knowledge of NZ employment legislation and demonstrated experience managing ER processes - Experience in supporting change management processes end to end - Understanding of cultural competencies that support effective engagement with Māori and Pacific communities is desirable

Job responsibilities

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification or HR Professional qualification - Experience in the tertiary sector or large, complex organizations is an advantage
