Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

- Partner with leaders across a diverse portfolio to provide effective, efficient, and professional HR Advisory services. - Act as a trusted advisor, business coach, and influencer to support leaders in making strategic people decisions. - Guide leaders on HR matters, lead employment relations (ER) and change management processes. - Ideal environment for professional development and collaborative support across a large team.

Qualifications

- Five years of experience as a generalist HR Advisor. - Current knowledge of NZ employment legislation and experience managing ER processes. - Experience in supporting end-to-end change management processes. - Understanding of human resource practices to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and engagement. - Qualifications: Tertiary qualification or an HR Professional qualification. - Experience in tertiary sector or large, complex organizations is advantageous.
