As a Senior PMO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, leadership, and skills to enable the seamless delivery of technology solutions to customers. Your responsibilities will include supporting project managers, tracking P3 capability, ensuring adherence to standards, and providing access to essential data for financial tracking and reporting.

Key Objectives of the Role

• Lead and provide technical solutions to support the Technology Delivery Enablement Team
• Assist BT Project Managers and Delivery Managers in adopting P3 systems and tools
• Monitor and measure BT's P3 capability and standards over time
• Ensure quality, process adherence, and compliance
• Coach and mentor team members

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5 years of experience in a P3 delivery role or Project Management Office
• 1-2 years of experience using PowerBI
• Strong data skills and familiarity with relational databases
• Leadership and mentoring experience
