Job Details

• Full time position - 40 hours a week
• Oversee and support the development of Path of Exile titles
• Clearly communicate with all necessary departments
• Assist in day-to-day management of internal teams
• Ensure minimum quality throughout the development process
• Develop and maintain documentation
• Prepare internal development or pre-release builds
• Communicate with Game Directors and department leads

Requirements

• 5 - 8+ years of experience in a similar production environment
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to receive and apply feedback in a highly iterative environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and lead teams

Pluses

• Familiarity with Path of Exile game
• Familiarity with game development pipelines, especially 3D
