Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NZS:3910 and NZS:3604, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the New Zealand construction industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support and mentor project managers are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery. Effective communication and a proactive management approach are key characteristics we are seeking.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Facilitate on-site construction, including civil works
• Develop and review project timelines using MS Project
• Maintain open and effective communication with team members, clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Coordinate project handovers and quality control assessments
