Key Responsibilities

• Work with and oversee a small pricing team
• Assist Project Managers with collation and negotiation of variations
• Check detailed and accurate take-offs from construction drawings and collate pricing for various projects
• Have a good understanding of construction contracts
• Assist in producing progress claims and issuing invoices on a monthly basis

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company remains competitive in the industry by meticulously working on tenders and maintaining the company's high standards.

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of architectural and practical experience in a QS/estimator role
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proven team player
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
