About the Role
The role involves positively liaising with customers and team members to ensure the completion of projects on time. Responsibilities also include reviewing and managing project budgets efficiently, tendering documentation, managing all aspects of the project, delivering clear communication to all parties, problem-solving, building relationships, cost management, and negotiation.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying is essential
- Experience in the Façade sector of the industry is essential
- Proven NZ experience
- New Zealand Driver’s License
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- Great work ethic and social skills
