About the Team

Join a talented team of FinTech professionals spread across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and globally. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to build and own the GoToMarket strategy for your territory, develop new account relationships, and become a subject matter expert for the solutions you'll be selling.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to sell commercial lending and equipment finance solutions within your designated territory
• Engage in end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the software solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients
• Utilize various tools to prospect, quote, and present proposals to prospective clients

Requirements for Success

• Prior experience in Software Sales and Solution Sales
• Experience with FinTech Solutions, particularly in Lending or Leasing Software Sales
• Strong motivation and negotiation skills to drive the sales process forward
• Ability to analyze client needs and requirements and remain composed under pressure
• Established track record in industry trade groups preferred

Benefits and Rewards

This role offers a competitive salary package with uncapped commissions. The base salary ranges from AUD 180,000 to 195,000 per annum, with commission potential of $150,000 to $180,000 on target.
