The Company

This highly regarded consultancy in Auckland is currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team. The company offers a great cultural environment, with multiple offices and a diverse range of projects.

The Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for scoping, designing, and managing structural engineering projects, including residential and commercial buildings as well as seismic structures. Your duties will include collaborating with stakeholders, managing project lifecycles, creating project plans, leading project teams, and ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience in New Zealand, with a preference for seismic experience. A CPEng certification is desirable but not required. You should possess strong attention to detail, people management skills, and be familiar with structural software such as ETABS. Additionally, you should have the ability to contribute to business development activities.
