Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to lead and implement project-based work. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of business applications and infrastructure, as well as identifying areas for improvement. Utilize your incident and problem management skills to drive enhancements and address changing needs.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years experience in Microsoft technologies in a large business environment
• Experience managing Infrastructure and Data Centres for performance and capacity
• Backup & Recovery knowledge, preferably in Veeam Suite
• Strong security mindset in infrastructure design and implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
• ITIL, Microsoft, or networking certifications are preferred
