Job Description Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor/Office Administrator to join our team in Auckland. The ideal candidate should possess passion, self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers. Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and more.

Responsibilities of Service Advisor/Office Administrator

  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Maintaining the accurate customer database
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Managing administrative tasks
  • Invoicing and Quotations
  • Handling payments
  • Maintaining a tidy workspace
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Bridging the Gap between technicians and customers
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Role

  • At least 5 years of industry-related experience
  • Positive attitude and long tenure records
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • Team player committed to Health and Safety and driver compliance
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours and a maximum of 60 hours per week
  • Pre-employment medical and drug tests required
  • Immediate start
  • Valid references
