Job Description: Shop Manager

Location: Auckland stores - Dominion Road and Sandringham

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate and train volunteer staff
• Manage cash transactions accurately
• Train and supervise staff members

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience/interest in working with volunteers
• Second-hand retail/fashion experience is a plus
