Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Experienced Electrician Site Supervisor/Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish, leading a team of skilled electricians, Trades assistants, and apprentices to ensure high-quality workmanship and a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team on site.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders for project success.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development.

Qualifications

• New Zealand Electrical Registration and Practicing License.
• Proven experience as an electrician with a significant portion in a supervisory or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of New Zealand electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
