Site Manager Full-time Job

Key points:

- Site Manager position with a leading main contractor in New Zealand - Strong commercial interiors (full fit-out) experience required - Salary range of $140-160k total package - Must have minimum 6+ years experience in commercial interiors construction - Tertiary qualification in a construction-related field preferred

Job requirements:

- Site Manager experience on interior fit-out projects - Ability to monitor and control sub-contractors - Strong personality to represent the employer across projects - Up-to-date knowledge of OH&S guidelines

Job responsibilities:

- Successfully deliver complex fit-out and commercial projects - Work on projects in commercial, healthcare, education, and retail sectors - Provide technical knowledge to engineering and building teams - Ensure safety on site

Qualifications:

- 6+ years experience in commercial interiors construction - Tertiary qualification in a construction-related position

Skills:

- Strong communication skills - Ability to confidently navigate sites - Experience in commercial fit-out projects - Knowledge of OH&S guidelines
