Position: Sales Associate

Are you passionate about skincare and thrive in a dynamic retail environment? Beauté Pacifique is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at selected Farmers Department Stores in the Health & Beauty department. Based in Auckland, this role may involve occasional travel to other Farmers locations across New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

- Offer personalized skincare recommendations and solutions to provide exceptional customer service. - Conduct skincare consultations using our exclusive skin scanning device to understand customer needs and concerns effectively. - Educate customers on our skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits. - Work towards achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in skincare or the beauty industry is preferred. - In-depth knowledge of skincare products and their advantages. - Strong understanding of different skin types and common concerns. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused, self-motivated, and friendly demeanor. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
