The Opportunity:

As part of our Shine team, you will be involved in supporting and preventing family harm, working with adult and child victims to ensure their safety and well-being. You will collaborate with clients to address their basic needs, community support, financial stability, and access to services. This part-time role requires 20 hours per week and offers professional growth opportunities.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Qualified, registered Social Worker with 5+ years of experience in the family violence sector
• Understanding of intimate partner violence dynamics
• Familiarity with local social systems and community resources
• Strong time-management and networking skills
• Resilience, digital literacy, and flexibility to work outside regular hours
